Joseph is a third-generation owner who grew up immersed in the family business. He’s the operations manager at Sutton Agricultural Enterprises, a vegetable equipment supplier based out of Salinas, California. He’s had the opportunity to work closely with leading manufacturers of farm equipment from around the world and introduce equipment to growers throughout the U.S. Joe’s recent work has focused on addressing rising labor shortages and costs through new farm equipment technologies.
